Good Friday Evening,
It has been a nice day today, with partly sunny skies, and a brisk northeast breeze through the day today. That northeast breeze will continue the rest of the night tonight with temps falling into the middle to lower 60s.
Rain showers will stay near the Ohio River overnight. The low that is associated with this rain will slowly be allowed to spread moisture northward on Saturday.
This means we will have more sunshine early, more clouds later with isolated pop-ups possible later in the day, especially south of I-70. Highs will still top off in the lower 80s on Saturday.
Saturday night the rain will continue to try to move northward, and by Sunday we will see better coverage of rain and storms, and highs around 80.
Monday will have our best chances of rain and storms as a cold front sweeps into our backyard. Highs on Monday will be in the upper 70s.
On Tuesday we will be behind the front, with drier and cooler air moving in, with highs in the middle 70s. This will continue into Wednesday with partly cloudy skies, with highs in the middle 70s.
Thursday will have another quick moving front dipping south, with showers and storms with highs in the lower 70s. We will start off cool on Friday morning in the lower to middle 70s and climb to the middle 70s with plenty of sunshine behind the front.
