U.S. & World

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown police say they’ve been in contact with the woman without pants who took off from officers on Loveland Road, hitting an officer with her car door.

They say the woman told them that she was drugged and raped.

We had body camera footage from police from the scene but have decided to not use them because of these new details.

Right now, the woman is not facing any charges.
