OSCEOLA, FL (WCMH)– Officers are looking for a woman after a Florida veteran’s service dog was stolen.

According to the Osceola Sheriff’s Department’s Facebook page, a woman started a fight with the veteran while another woman came up behind him and took one of his service dogs.

The veteran never saw the second woman and has no idea what happened to the dog.

The incident was captured on surveillance video and the suspect is seen stealing the dog.

Deputies said the veteran has PTSD and that is why he has service dogs.  The dog’s name is Kira, she is 21 years old and weighs 6 pounds.
