NEW YORK CITY (WCMH)-The Trump Organization is suing a man, who died in an April fire at the Trump Tower, for $90,000 in unpaid fees.

NBC New York reports the board of Trump Tower Condominium filed the lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday. They are suing the estate of Todd Brassner, 67, of New York. The organization wants the estate to pay the fees owed to Trump Tower.

According to The New York Post, Brassner’s heirs Todd and Heath Brassner, did not return calls seeking comment.

The New York Fire Department ruled the fire was accidental and there was no smoke alarm inside Brassner’s apartment, and according to the article the apartment did not have sprinklers either due to a loophole in city regulations for high-rise buildings.
