The body of a University of Pittsburgh student was found on the roof of a dormitory Saturday morning.

Police were called to Lothrop Hall where the man’s body was discovered around 10 a.m.

University officials say there is no evidence of foul play.

The student’s name and other details about the incident have not yet been released.

The university released a statement saying, in part: The university community is deeply saddened by the sudden death of our student and we extend our deepest sympathies to his family, friends and all who knew him.”
