An Iowa man faces a harassment charge after allegedly chasing kids and telling them he would eat them.

The Storm Lake Police Department says that they took a report of harassment at an apartment complex in Storm Lake at 1405 North Seneca Street Thursday around noon.

Witnesses told police that a man was chasing children around the complex Wednesday night, and he was telling them that he would kidnap them, cut them up, and eat them.

The man was identified as King Kong Choul, 47, of Storm Lake. Police located him Thursday around 1:10 p.m. and took him into custody.

Choul was charged with first-degree harassment, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $2000 bond.
