GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (WCMH) — A toddler is dead- and her mother- stands accused of her murder
The horrific incident happened in Gwinnett County, Georgia
Police arrested Devin Moon for child neglect and first degree murder.
Police tell WGCL, that the 2-year-old girl was just a few weeks away from her third birthday
And officers say the toddler was so malnourished- she weighed just 14 pounds.
According to police, after investigating it was found that Moon would often go to work at a club and would leave the child home alone for several hours.
