SAN ANTONIO, TX (KXAN/WCMH) — A man captured on video slinging soda at a teen and taking his “Make America Great Again” hat in a San Antonio Whataburger has been arrested.

Kino Jimenez, 30, was arrested by the Universal City Police Department and faces a theft of person charge, KSAT reports. That’s a state felony.

Police say Jimenez was arrested at his home without incident.

The teens were at the restaurant when they say Jimenez came up to them “unprovoked.” In a video of the exchange, Jimenez uses a racial slur and tells them “You don’t need to support s**t” before walking away with the hat and tossing a soda at the teens.

Whataburger released the following statement after the video went viral:

“We were shocked to see this video and certainly don’t condone this type of customer behavior in our restaurants. To be clear, no Whataburger employees were involved or witnessed the incident, and we ask that questions be directed to San Antonio PD as we continue supporting their efforts.”

President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., tweeted a response to the story Thursday, saying he would get the teen a new hat signed by the president.
