WASHINGTON (WCMH/AP) — InfoWars host Alex Jones got into a spat with Sen. Marco Rubio in the halls of Congress, Wednesday.
According to CNBC, Rubio, who was there to hear testimony from top executives of several social media giants to the Senate Intelligence Committee, was confronted by Jones for not allowing the InfoWars host to defend himself for online bans.

At one point during his rant, Jones grabbed at Rubio’s shoulder as the Senator walked by.
Don’t touch me again, man,” snapped Rubio after Jones pawed his shoulder.
“I don’t know who are,” Rubio said, after calling Jones “a dumb ass.”
Jones then said Rubio was attempting to have him arrested, to which Rubio responded, “You’re not going to get arrested. I’ll take care of it myself.”
“Rubio just threatened to physically take care of me,” Jones replied.
“The media ran a hoax and said I said things on Twitter I didn’t say,” Jones said during an earlier live on CNBC, referring to one of the social media platforms that has yet to ban InfoWars content or him.
Jones has amassed a large following on the right while promulgating conspiracy theories that claim terror attacks such as 9/11 were actually carried out by the government. Among his claims is that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School mass shooting, which left 20 children and six adults dead, was a hoax.
