LONDON, England (WCMH) — A new technology being implemented at London’s Heathrow Airport could make it easier for travelers to have their bags checked.

Business Insider reports the airport is investing nearly $63 million in new scanners that will allow security personnel to see liquids and laptops inside bags.

According to a release from the airport, the new scanners could reduce the time travelers spend in line.

The new scanners are expected to be in place by 2022.
