Police in Colorado say a man on a stolen John Deere tractor led them on a slow-speed chase through Denver Friday night.
Calls about the tractor started coming in around 8:30 p.m. Police say the tractor hit several cars and damaged a few buildings. At one point, the driver apparently moved up onto the sidewalks downtown.
Police chased the tractor for about half an hour before they decided they needed to stop it in order to protect other citizens.
Officers rammed the tractor with a police car, then had to pull the driver out and use a Taser on him. The driver was taken to the hospital after the chase to be treated.
Two officers involved in the chase were also taken to the hospital. They are expected to be okay.
