Transformer explosion leaves Morrow County residents without power

MORROW COUNTY, Ohio (WCMH)– The Morrow County Sheriff says a transformer exploded late Thursday night.

The explosion happened near the area of CR-20 and CR-57, causing a power outage in the area.

Officials say fire personnel and deputies are on scene and you should avoid the area.

The sheriff’s office says no injuries were reported.
