Ohio man wanted in connection with string of burglaries

ADAMS COUNTY, OH (WCMH) – An Ohio man is wanted in connection with a string of burglaries in Adams and Brown Counties.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Anthony ‘Popeye’ Ward, WLWT reported.

No specific information about the burglary information was released.

Ward’s face is tattooed with a bite mask, similar to the mask worn by Anthony Hopkins wore in the 1991 film ‘Silence of the Lambs.’

He is believed to be driving a black Chevrolet Cruz. Officials said he may be traveling with a woman named Dottie Worthingson.
