CLEVELAND, Ohio (CNN) — A man took advantage of the fresh snow in Cleveland and drew a large spiderweb in an open field on Tuesday.
Scott Halbrook shot this video from his hotel room on the 20th floor.
When he left his hotel the mystery artist was gone.
