Calling African-American men who want to make a difference.
The Simba Mentoring Program needs 50 new male mentors who will commit to sharing their time, wisdom and guidance with African-American boys served by the agency.
“Manhood is not defined in our society and this program gives the opportunity for young people to be matched with someone who has an insight, an expertise, and more importantly some experience to share with them about how life is,” said Kendall Lee, Simba mentor.
“Whatever you bring to the table, someone can utilize that, and that’s what become so important about what we do.”
