COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH)- Police are searching for Bradley Sword after he was supposed to report to the hospital after being given a temporary leave from a correctional facility, but never showed.

According to investigators, Sword, 29, was granted a temporary leave for medical purposes from the Community Based Correctional Facility May 26 to report to Grant Medical Center. However, when staff checked the hospital, they found he had never checked in.

Sword failed to return to the facility and failed to contact staff as to his whereabouts.

Sword has been charged with two counts of felony escape.

He is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
