HILLSBORO, OH (WCMH) — Deputies have recaptured an escaped inmate from Highland County.
According to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office, at about 5 pm, Thursday, Johnny Davis Branham, 37, absconded from Highland District Hospital, in Hillsboro, Ohio, while in custody.
He escaped while wearing red jumpsuit pants, no shirt or shoes, but he was wearing leg cuffs.
