QUEENSBURY, NY (WTEN) – A New York man accused of having a sexual encounter with a dog pleaded guilty to multiple charges on Wednesday.

Gene Warner, 36, pleaded guilty to felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana, and attempted sexual misconduct.

The Warren County District Attorney’s Office says that Warren was arrested on March 2 after he was driving erratically on Luzerne Road in Queensbury. Police say they found crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, and a pellet gun inside the vehicle.

He was also accused of having a rifle, which he could not legally possess, and additional marijuana after a search of his home and a motel room in Queensbury.

Police say a search of his also uncovered a cell phone with a video showing him having a sexual encounter with the dog.

When Warner was arrested, police say the dog was not at his rental home. Police attempted to locate the dog to determine its well-being, but were not able to do so.

Warner is scheduled to be sentenced at the end of August. What others are clicking on:
