Washington Court House schools will dedicate campus road to Chief Eric DiSario

WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, OH (WCMH) — Washington Court House City Schools will dedicate a road on its campus to fallen Kirkersville Police Chief Steven Eric DiSario.

DiSario is a 1997 graduate of Washington Senior High School, according to a press release from Washington Court House City Schools. He was shot and killed in May 2017.

The roadway begins at the main entrance of the Washington High School, Washington Middle School, and Washington Athletic Complex, and runs through the heart of the campus.

In addition to the road dedication, the school district said, two scholarships in his honor will be given. DiSario’s family, Senator Bob Peterson, and Kirkersville Mayor Terry Ashcraft are expected to attend. 

There will be a ceremony May 18, 2018 at 1pm at the high school.
