COLUMBUS (WCMH) — A body has been found in the Scioto River along Bellann Rd. in northwest Columbus.

Firefighters were called to the scene just before 8 a.m. Saturday. Medics pronounced the person deceased at 9:14 a.m.

Columbus police are investigating.
