Two people displaced following fire on Kimberly Avenue

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Two people have been displaced following a fire Sunday on the city’s north side.

According to Columbus fire chief Steve Martin, one side of a two-family home on Kimberly Avenue sustained damage after a small bedroom fire. The fire was contained to one side of the building.

There were no injuries reported.

The Red Cross will be assisting two adults displaced by the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
