NEWARK, OH (WCMH) — The Ohio State Highway Patrol along with other local law enforcement agencies will be conducting two OVI checkpoints in Licking County Friday night.
According to the OSHP, the first checkpoint will be held at Broad Street near Cedar Street in Pataskala from 7pm to 9pm.
The second checkpoint will be on S.R. 79 near Reinhart Drive in Heath from 10pm to 12am.
The OSHP in conjunction with the Licking County Sheriff’s Office and the Pataskala Police Department will be conducting the checkpoints, and remind people that if you plan to consume alcohol, designate a driver or make other travel arrangements before you drink.
