Two injured in northeast Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Two people were injured Wednesday evening in a shooting that happened in a northeast Columbus neighborhood.

According to Columbus police, it happened around 7:13 p.m. along the 2300 block of Brentnell Blvd. 

Kendrell Easton, 22 and Allen Edwards, 19, were driving along Brentnell when they heard gunshots. Eaton then realized he was shot in the shoulder and hand. Edwards realized he was hit in the buttocks.

They drove to an area hospital where they are listed in stable condition.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
