MADISON COUNTY, OH (WCMH) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol says troopers seized drugs worth $40,000 during a traffic stop in Madison County.

It happened Monday on I-70 in Madison County.

Troopers say they polled over a 2001 Toyota Highlander with New Mexico plates for speeding.

A search of the car turned up three pounds of psilocybin mushrooms, 144 doses of LSD, 450 doses of nitrous oxide, an ounce of cocaine and 70 grams of marijuana.

The driver, Patrick Miller, 30, of Albuquerque was taken to the Tri-County Jail and charged with possession of drugs.
