Three Central Ohio men accused of recording sexual abuse of toddlers

Local News

Toddlers were sexually abused on camera and now three Central Ohio men are charged.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off authorities after they said one of the men uploaded a disturbing video to Google.

The three men are accused of the unimaginable. David Fairchild of Kirkersville, Jesse Szuba of Newark and Mike Allen of Heath are all facing charges.

According to court documents we obtained from the U.S. Attorney’s office, authorities learned of the crimes in January and an indictment followed.  The 11-count indictment alleges 45-year-old Fairchild created porn that showed him sexually abusing a child that was born in 2016.

Records also show Szuba and Fairchild allegedly met online discussed plans to have sex with each other and toddlers.  Documents also show Szuba made a personal request that Fairchild sexually assault a toddler and send him videos and pictures.

Investigators say Fairchild sent child porn to Allen as well.

Receiving child pornography carries a potential sentence of five to twenty years in prison.
