GEORGETOWN, KY (WCMH) — The Columbus Division of Police says a suspect in a double shooting on Sullivant Ave. has been arrested in Kentucky.
Police say Deshon Gregory Sallee, 25, was taken into custody in Georgetown.
Police are still working to identify other suspects in the incident, who “are still at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.”
Columbus Police were called to the 2900 block of Sullivant Avenue on Thursday, May 24 on the report of a shooting.
When officers arrived on scene they found Ricqus D. Marshall, 24, on the ground and DiJon J. Leeper, 25, in a stairwell of a nearby residence. Both victims were suffering from gunshot wounds and transported to Mount Carmel West Hospital. Marshall later died from his injuries.
