WAVERLY, OH (WCMH) — A woman accused of being a part of the Rhoden family murders, along with other members of her family, is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing, Monday.
Angela Wagner is set to be in a Pike County courtroom, today.
In November, a grand jury indicted Angela, as well as the other three members of the Wagner family — George “Billy” Wagner III, Edward “Jake” Wagner, and George Wagner IV — on a host of charges, including eight counts of aggravated murder each.
The Wagner’s were arrested Nov 13 in connection with the 2016 murders of seven members of the Rhoden family and one family member’s fiance.
Angela pleaded not guilty to all charges on Nov. 29.
Investigators say the victims were all shot in the head, most of them while they slept.
The victims were: Christopher Rhoden, Kenneth Rhoden, Gary Rhoden, Dana Manley Rhoden, Christopher Rhoden Jr, Clarence “Frankie” Rhoden, Hanna Rhoden and Hannah Gilley.
Hanna Rhoden and Jake Wagner had a daughter together and investigators have said issues related to the custody of that child are central to the murders.
