DELAWARE CO., OH (WCMH) — A man is dead after a car crash in Delaware County Saturday.
It happened at approximately 8:12am on State Route 257 in Scioto Township.
The Patrol said Christopher Utrata, 47, of Powell was driving a 2010 Nissan Sentra northbound when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway. He was not wearing his safety belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
According to dispatchers with the Delaware post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the vehicle was partially submerged in the Scioto River.
