THORNVILLE, OH (WCMH) — Two people were arrested at the ‘Gathering of the Juggalos’ music festival over the weekend after police say one of them was walking around with a sign around her neck offering mushrooms for sale.

The arrests were made Saturday at the Legend Valley concert venue in Thornville.

According to court documents, officers saw Kelly Junkin, 51, of Richmond, Indiana, walking around with a sign around her neck saying that she had mushrooms for sale.

Another person, Dewayne Johnson, 35, of Greens Fork, Indiana, was observed providing the mushrooms to Junkin, according to police.

Investigators said both admitted they were at the festival for the sole purpose of selling Psilocybin mushrooms. Police said 63 grams of mushrooms were recovered from Junkin and 66 from Johnson.

Both are being held on felony counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

The Gathering of the Juggalos is an annual music festival organized by the record label behind Insane Clown Posse. The event moved to Legend Valley in 2014 and has been held there almost every year since, except for one year in Oklahoma City.
