Police investigating southeast Columbus homicide

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus police are investigating after a shooting left a man dead Tuesday night.

According to the Columbus Division of Police, at about 11:39pm, Tuesday, officers were called to the 2300 block of S. Hamilton Avenue on the report of a body lying in the parking lot of a business.

When officers arrived on scene they found Abraham Isaac Cundiff, 40, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. 

Cundiff was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police continue to investigate but say there are no known suspects or motives at this time.
