The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating a fatal industrial accident that resulted in the death of one employee on Wednesday at Fluvitex in Groveport.

OSHA officials said the investigation into the incident has just begun and declined to provide details about the victim or the accident.

NBC4 crews are working to get more information from Fluvitex, which is located at 6510 Pontius Road.

Fluvitex is a state-of-the-art textiles manufacturer and core IKEA supplier.
