One person killed in Etna Township crash

ETNA TOWNSHIP, OH (WCMH) – Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers are investigating a crash in Etna Township that left one person dead.  

According to the OSHP, at about 2:30am, Thursday, a 2004 Ford Explorer being driven by Christopher Quin, 29, of Baltimore, Ohio, was traveling eastbound on Palmer Road when it failed to stop at the intersection at Mink Road.  

Troopers say Quin’s vehicle struck a 1998 Toyota Camry driven by Patrice Tolber, 25, of Columbus, that was traveling southbound on Mink Road.  

Tolber was pronounced dead at the scene.  

Quin was taken to Mount Carmel East Hospital. His condition is unknown.  

Troopers continue to investigate the crash.
