Ohio State University quarterback Dwayne Haskins passed for 251 yards and three touchdowns, and Coach Urban Meyer headed into retirement with a 28-23 victory after the fifth-ranked Buckeyes held off No. 9 Washington’s thrilling comeback in the 105th Rose Bowl on Tuesday.
After the confetti flew in the north end zone, Haskins was if he planned to leave OSU and enter the NFL draft.
But Haskins, who is a projected lottery pick, said he had yet to decide.
“Right now it’s day by day. I’ve got a lot of decisions to make in the near future,” Haskins said.
“The school, the teammates, the coaches, my friends, my girlfriend’s here, I get to finish my degree in a couple semesters so I mean there are a lot of positives for both staying or leaving.”
Other Buckeyes who may leave early for the NFL draft:
- Michael Jordan, center
- Jordan Fuller, safety
- K.J. Hill, wide receiver
- Malik Harrison, linebacker
