MARYSVILLE, Ohio (WCMH) – A Champaign County man will spend five years in prison after he was caught in the act of robbing a Marysville CVS.
According to Union County Prosecutor David Phillips, on October 3, 2018, 24-year-old Ian John Keller of Woodstock, Ohio went into the CVS pharmacy in Marysville and demanded ‘all the Percocet you have.’
Phillips said Keller was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and had a bandana covering most of his head and face. He was holding his pocket to indicate he had a weapon.
Marysville police responded and arrested Keller while he was still at the pharmacy. Marysville police headquarters is less than half a mile down the road.
Officers recovered a revolver and semiautomatic handgun from Keller.
Keller pleaded guilty to robbery with a firearm specification and possession of weapons under disability. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
