MARION, Ohio (WCMH) — A man is dead and another is facing charges after a shooting in Marion Wednesday afternoon.
According to Marion Police, officers responded to the 300 block of North Main Street for a call of a shooting, where they found Charles A. Feliciano, 27, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to Marion General Hospital before being flown to a Columbus hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Police say the suspect Christian Gutierrez, 19, of Marion, was arrested without incident at a Quality Inn on Columbus Pike in Delaware.
Gutierrez is facing three counts of murder, one count aggravated murder and two counts of felonious assault, and his bond was set at $750,000, according to records from the Marion County Municipal Court.
Faith N. Scheitler, 18, also of Marion, was arrested along with Gutierrez and charged with obstructing justice.
Gutierrez’s scheduled to be in court at 1 p.m., March 21.
