DUBLIN, OH (WCMH) – A Troy, Ohio man is again facing indecent exposure charges after allegedly exposing himself at a Dublin Panera Bread restaurant.

According to Dublin police, it happened September 8 at the Panera Bread on Perimeter Loop in Dublin.

A man told police he was at the end of the counter waiting for his food when he noticed a man sitting in a chair facing him. He said the suspect had his legs spread far apart, and the right side of the suspect’s khaki shorts were pulled open and his penis was clearly visible.

The man confronted the suspect and said he was calling police.

Police used surveillance video to track the suspect’s movements. A photo of the suspect was provided to neighboring jurisdictions, who identified the suspect as 58-year-old Robert Cost of Troy, Ohio.

Cost was convicted earlier this year of exposing himself in an Upper Arlington yogurt shop and a Westerville Chipotle. He was sentenced to probation in both cases. He has other previous convictions for public indecency in Springdale and Troy.

Cost was arrested Thursday and was released after posting $500 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment October 10.
