Man accused of exposing himself at Upper Arlington yogurt shop

Local News

Upper Arlington police arrested a 58-year-old man from Troy, Ohio Saturday night on a charge of public indecency.

Robert William Cost was charged after he allegedly exposed himself to a pair of teenage girls while inside the Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Kingsdale Center.

Police say the two female victims, 16 and 17 years old, reported they were sitting at a table and observed the suspect, who was sitting at an adjacent table, exposing himself. The suspect left the store but was picked up by officers nearby. Both victims identified Cost as the suspect.

A similar complaint was filed with Westerville police over the weekend about an incident at Chipotle restaurant on Maxtown Rd. Witnesses say a man was exposing himself to teenage girls sitting nearby. The man in that case fits the description of Cost.

Investigations in Upper Arlington and Westerville are continuing.
