REYNOLDSBURG (WCMH) — Reynoldsburg police say Licking Co. Sheriff’s Office deputy Johnathan Yeager has been charged with domestic violence, assault and persistent disorderly conduct for an alleged incident Wednesday.

Police say Deputy Yeager backed his cruiser out of his own driveway Wednesday and drove into a neighbor’s house a few doors away after the alleged incident.

Police say no one was home at the time.

Charges were filed in Delaware County because there would have been a conflict of interest if charges were filed in Licking County.
