COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus Police say a missing 13-year-old girl has been found safe in her neighborhood.

A Columbus mother said her daughter went missing Monday, a day after a man threatened her on Snapchat.

According to a preliminary police report, 13-year-old Torrey Allard left her northwest Columbus home to catch the bus to Dublin Sells Middle School. She never made it to school.

Allard’s mother told police that the day before, Allard received a Snapchat message from a man who said he was watching her and if she told anyone he would kill her family and take her. Allard’s mother said the same man befriended Allard a month earlier and sent pictures of his genitals and revealed he was an adult.

Allard is described as a white female standing 5’1″ and weighing 113 pounds.

Anyone with information on the location of Torrey Allard is asked to call Columbus police at 614-645-4545.
