FRANKLIN COUNTY, OH (WCMH) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on child pornography charges, Thursday.
Deputies state Jacob Chapman, 31, was arrested on charges related to child pornography.
The suspect’s electronic devices were seized from a home on the west according to investigators.
Chapman was previously arrested for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in 2017.
