Fire department gives all clear after suspicious letter found at Columbus Dispatch printing building

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The Columbus Division of Fire says there is no threat to the Columbus Dispatch printing building after a letter was found Wednesday with white powder inside.

One person was exposed to the powder but was not transported for medical treatment according to Steve Martin, battalion chief for Columbus Division of Fire. 

The fire department responded to the building at 5300 Crosswind Drive at 10:20am Wednesday morning. 

Emergency crews have cleared the scene after the letter was tested and found to pose no threat.
