COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Smiling Buster is a playful, energetic retriever mix available for adoption at the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center.

He is one of the Summer Lovin’ dogs ready for a new home for just $18, the cost of the dog license.
