Festival replacing Rock on the Range announces dates and lineup

COLUMBUS (WCMH) – Sonic Temple Music Festival is coming to the area in May 2019 and bringing the Foo Fighters and several other bands with it.

According to the festival’s website, the festival will take place at Mapfre Stadium on May 17, 18 and 19.

Along with the Foo Fighters, System Of A Down, Disturbed, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and many others are part of the musical lineup.

Several comedy personalities will also make an appearance such as Pauly Shore and Henry Rollins.

The Sonic Temple Music Festival is replacing Rock on the Range, which ended its 12-year run in 2018. It was billed as the biggest rock festival in the country.
