CRIME OF THE WEEK: Police offering a cash reward to help solve a 2017 murder

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) —  Columbus Police are turning to the public for answers regarding the murder or Deaonte Bell that occurred two years ago.

On May 27th, 2017, Deaonte was shot while attending a birthday party at 1972 Maryland Avenue. Several unknown individuals confronted Deaonte when he stepped outside of his home, leading to an argument.  He was then shot by the unknown suspects and was then transported to a local hospital. He was then pronounced dead at 2:59 am.
