Victim in critical condition after shooting in north Columbus

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — A man is in critical condition after a shooting Monday night in north Columbus.

According to Columbus Police, officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Oakland Park Court at approximately 7:58 p.m.

At the scene, officers found the victim, an 18-year-old man, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.

The victim was taken to Grant Medical Center.

The incident remains under investigation.
