COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A teenager is hospitalized after being shot Saturday afternoon on the west side of Columbus, according to police.
The shooting happened at approximately 5 p.m. on the 3600 block of Eakin Road near the Wedgewood Village Apartments, Columbus police said.
The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to Grant Medical Center in stable condition and is expected to recover from his injuries.
