COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead following a shooting in southeast Columbus Friday evening.

Police responded to the 2800 block of Landon Drive in the Berwick neighborhood around 5:50 p.m., according to the Columbus Division of Police.

One person who was transported to Obetz Ohio Health in critical condition has since been pronounced dead. Police said the shooting started as a fight. They have not released any suspect information at this time.
