COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Gas prices in the Columbus area have dropped in the past week.
According to GasBuddy, the average price of gas in the Columbus area is $3.05, which is 4.6 cents cheaper than the previous week.
Prices in the area are 2 cents higher than a month ago, and 65.9 cents higher than a year ago.
GasBuddy reports the cheapest gas station at $2.69 a gallon, while the most expensive is $3.37.
Nationally, the average price of gas increased 1.2 cents, to $3.31 a gallon.
