Columbus police investigating after missing woman’s body found inside vehicle at impound lot

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Columbus police detectives are investigating after the body of a missing woman was found inside a vehicle at an impound lot.

According to police, detectives from the Missing Persons Unit were investigating the disappearance of 61-year-old Falyce Yuill. On Monday, detectives learned Yuill’s vehicle was impounded at the Columbus Division of Police Impound Lot in south Columbus.

Police say Impound Lot personnel checked the vehicle at the request of detectives and found the body of a woman inside.

On Tuesday, an autopsy was completed and the body was identified as Yuill. Investigators say the autopsy did not show signs of trauma or visible signs of foul play. Toxicology results still pending.
