From crabs and llamas to cats and dogs, the 24th annual All American Pet Expo says they have something for everyone.
You can spoil your pooch with some treats that look as good as any human food, check out the live bird show or dog agility course, and hopefully find your new best friend along the way.
“We support 20 rescues here,” said Steve Cantin founder of the expo.
Those rescues will be on site March 8-10 conducting interviews and letting people meet some of the animals available.
“It’s important to think adoption first. So if you were thinking about getting a pet, there are less of wonderful pets out there that need a home,” Cantin said. “They need a new place and they are just great to adopt.”
There was a line to get when the doors opened at 1 o’clock Friday afternoon.
The draw, Cantin says, “90 million cats and 70 million dogs in this country. That’s what the draw is.”
“It’s a super event. There’s something here for everyone 3 to 93,” Cantin added.
